At a young age, Zip Stevenson identified with vintage Americana and developed a love for the artful workmanship of handcrafted leather belts. In 1993, Stevenson traveled across the country in search of authentic, vintage, leather belts. After his trip, he began making his own by replicating the beautiful styles he found on the road. His belts became an instant hit and in 2000, Stevenson established Hollywood Trading Company.
